What happens if I bought the wrong size?

If you purchased the wrong size, Bauerfeind allows exchanges or returns within 30 days of delivery, provided products meet our policy and are in resalable condition.

Are there any products that cannot be returned?

Short answer is yes! For Bauerfeind Compression Socks/Stockings and Insoles, we're unable to process exchanges or returns due to hygiene and health considerations. If you're uncertain about sizing, our skilled technicians are available to assist you

How long does it take to process a return?

Bauerfeind returns are usually processed within 3 business days of arrival. Reimbursements take 3-5 business days to appear.

Do I need to pay for return shipping?

Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.

What happens if my return does not meet the conditions?

Bauerfeind reviews all returns against our policy. Items not in resalable condition may be refused, or in some cases accepted with a 30% restocking fee as a goodwill gesture.

Can I return a product bought from a third-party retailer?

Returns for Bauerfeind products purchased through third-party retailers must be arranged with the retailer. Contact Bauerfeind for product support.
