Starting a return is simple.

Online orders must be returned through our NZ Returns Portal within 30 days of purchase.

How to initiate your online return

1. Visit the Bauerfeind Online Returns Portal: NZ Returns Portal.

2. Enter your order number (order numbers are case sensitive) and email address used at purchase.

3. Select the item(s) you’d like to return.

4. Choose your preferred outcome: refund or store credit.

5. Follow the steps to prepare and send your item back.

You’ll receive email updates as your return is processed.

Key things to know

• All returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.

• Items must meet our quality, hygiene, and resalable condition standards.

• The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Compression socks/stockings

  • Insoles

  • Custom products

  • Special orders

  • Sale and clearance items (final sale)
