Bauerfeind accepts requests for returns within 30 days of purchase, provided the product meets the conditions below and is in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
✅ Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible, products must:
Be in original, resalable condition - unused, unworn, and unwashed.
Have only been tried on at home for fit (not worn during activities).
Include all original packaging and product tags, intact and undamaged.
Be free from stains, fraying, odour, washing, or any signs of use.
❌ Items Not Eligible
For health, hygiene, and product integrity reasons, the following cannot be returned:
Compression socks/stockings and insoles.
Custom or special orders, as these are made specifically for you.
Sales promotion items.
🔄 Exchanges
Please note, products cannot be exchanged. If you require a different size, colour, or product, the original item will need to be returned, and a new order placed separately. This ensures the fastest and most accurate processing of your request.
⚠️ Important Conditions
Return shipping costs are not covered by Bauerfeind.
Products that do not meet the eligibility criteria may be refused, or subject to a 30% restocking fee.
Products showing wear beyond a brief try-on at home will not be accepted.
Strong Velcro fastenings are designed for support. To maintain product integrity, avoid attaching Velcro directly to the knit.
Sports Compression Wear must be tried on with underwear underneath.
